Giora Bar-Nir VP Accounting and Controller           Mr. Giora Bar-Nir has been Vice President – Accounting and Controller of Ampal Since October 2004. From March 2002 through October 2004 Mr. Bar-Nir has been the Controller. During the preceding five years, Mr. Bar-Nir was the Controller of the Israeli subsidiaries of Ampal. Prior to joining Ampal, Mr. Bar-Nir was Audit Manager in an accounting firm in Israel. Mr. Bar-Nir holds a BA degree in Economy and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a CPA license and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
