Ampal respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Ampal may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, remove any suspected infringing material and/or disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on this site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you may notify us by providing our Copyright and Intellectual Property Agent with the following information:

(i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed;
 

(ii) Identification or description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works or intellectual property, a representative list of such works at that site and identification or description of the infringing activity.
 

(iii) Identification of the location where the original or an authorized copy of the copyrighted work or intellectual property exists, for example the URL of the website where it is posted or the name of the book in which it has been published.
 

(iv) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
 

(v) Information reasonably sufficient to permit Ampal to locate the material on the Ampal site, including the URL where it is posted.
 

(vi) Information reasonably sufficient to permit Ampal to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
 

(vii) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
 

(viii) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed.
